With a primary fragrance of lavender, this ORGANIC salve is calming and gentle, but alarmingly effective. The lavender is therapeutic grade, grown in mountainous Bulgaria, and therefore has analgesic properties. The turmeric and the calendula (tincture from organic flowers grown locally) are both antiseptic and anti-inflammatory and so the salve battles bug bites, burns, eczema, pimples, rash or headache. Regular use helps prevent recurrence of skin problems. The salves protect epithelial tissue and soothe burns, bites, scrapes. One way they heal is by stimulating the immune system. Luxurious! Chaga – from the Appalachians
$29.00CHAGA: CURRENTLY OUT. WAIT a BIT. Includes a tincture of wild-crafted chaga mushrooms with incredible antioxidant reputation. Chaga and calendula are immuno-stimulant. Chaga has reportedly the highest recorded ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbent Capacity) of any natural food. (It scores 6.5 times the Acai berries in antioxidant content.) Also anti-inflammatory. These hard mushrooms that I use grow on Appalachian mountain birch trees and are said to possibly extract their potencies from the trees. Chaga is rich in B vitamins. It is said to be one of the world’s densest sources of pantothenic acid. A little clary sage and organic orange oils make this pleasantly gently fragrant , soothing and anti-microbial.

THIS IS JUST A PICTURE.
The lovely calendula flowers capture healing energy of the sun – only look at the colors! They are grown organically in Southwest Florida. The calendula tinctures ‘cure’ for 2 to 3 years, so there is much potency collected from the flower into the alcohol. The alcohol dissipates upon being blended with the organic oils. I do not filter out all the calendula petals. This is intentional. If you are lucky, you may find one or two inside your salve!

Both Turmeric and Calendula are anti-inflammatory so this blend may be additionally remedial for troubled skin and joint issues (think curcumin). Is both floral and rooty. Very healing, real substantive. ORGANIC. Smells good! Additionally, all the salves are rich in anti-virals and so massaging with the salves at any time, for any reason, helps to keep viral things at a distance (flu, herpes…).
