Lavender Calendula Salve -2.5 oz

Description

LAVENDER (This is the Original Louise’s Salve. If you were given a sample, it was probably the lavender.) With a primary fragrance of lavender, this ORGANIC salve is calming and gentle, but alarmingly effective. Louise’s Healing Salve protects against damage from sun and is an insect deterrent. This is the regular salve, but it is hardly regular. The lavender is therapeutic, with analgesic properties. There is turmeric oil within. The curcumin (in the turmeric) and the calendula (tincture from organic flowers grown locally) are both antiseptic and anti-inflammatory and so they battle the problem – whether that is bug bites, burns, eczema, pimples, rash or headache.

Regular use helps prevent recurrence of skin problems. The salves protect epithelial tissue and soothe aches. One way they heal is by stimulating the immune system. Antiviral and sun-protective.

The calendula and the turmeric are also both considered anti-cancer, giving protection from environmental toxins.

You haven’t to have anything wrong with your skin to use the salve; it is A LUXURIOUS MOISTURIZING LOTION and the scent is amazing. Not dilute, a tiny bit goes a long way. To relieve headache or ease muscular or joint pain, massage some deeply into the skin until the essential oils submerge.
